Returns

Our return policy is only for items purchased from us at the Campbell Pottery Store.

  • Pottery and items purchased elsewhere must be returned to them.
  • All returns must be within 30 days
  • No refunds without a register receipt
  • Keep your packaging - returns MUST be in original packaging (we have no obligation legal or otherwise, to accept returns in plastic bags or wrapped in a towel)
  • Credit card purchases must be refunded to the same account. Please have the card with you. We do not keep card information.
  • Cash or check purchases may be refunded in cash only if under $30. Over $30 we will issue a check ASAP, sometimes the next business day. Checks must have cleared before a refund may be issued.
  • Sale items, consignment items, donations, Gallery exhibition artwork, and custom work are final sales and cannot be returned.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in perfect, original condition. Items cannot be used before return. This means jewelry cannot be worn before return.
  • If you need to return a gift we are happy to help you. Gifts cannot be returned for cash. Gifts must be in original packaging, subject to the same rules as all returns. Gifts need to be brought back within 30 days. (Except at Christmas, when you have until March 30th, because of our winter closing) On return, a gift card will be issued. Gift cards do not expire and can be used that day or in the future. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you cannot return a gift personally, within 30 days, it should be shipped to us within 30 days. We recommend using a shipping service that packs for you, and insuring the work. We cannot accept returns that arrive here broken.

Work must arrive in good condition as above. Please put your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and a copy of your receipt in the box so we may contact you and process your return properly. Your shipping costs to return to us are not reimbursed.

If there is no receipt, we sometimes do accept returns if all other requirements are met, at our discretion. (The Campbells may have to review) For instance, we usually accept Campbell Pottery returns if the item is current and good, in original packaging. 15% will have to be deducted from the current price, because we have 15% off sales once or twice a year. It is quite common for thrifty visitors to buy gifts during these brief sales. Please do not feel insulted that your gift giver would buy you a gift on sale, as they are quite pleased about it.

If there is any research to be done on an item, such as origin, artist, price, etc., please allow us time for research so that we may take of you properly. Sometimes we may need a day. Thank you. We appreciate you.
